The spectacular event resulted in Indiana Live Casino becoming the largest land-based casino in all the Midwest.
The temporary facility offered a miniscule 70,000 square feet, compared to the impressive 233,000 square foot facility that finally saw its grand opening in March of 2009. Indiana Live Casino was opened in mid-2008 in a temporary building while the vast expanse that would soon become the true Indiana Live Casino was completed.
